Rotate weekend On Call (remote)
Minimum two years customer service experience. Experience may come from dispatch, hospitality or retail.
Strong communication skills. Must be able to work with all types of customers, technicians and co-workers.
Be able to think on your feet to adjust to last minute changes and emergency calls.
Be a planner, it will be important to work well with customers’ needs and technicians’ skill levels to get the right tech to the right call.
Strong computer skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Must have the ability to learn customer service, dispatching software used by the company.
Scheduling software used is Service Titan. Will train if not familiar.
Back up answering phones to assist CSR’s in scheduling service requests.
Must be a TEAM Player with a good attitude.
